Roach had made a comment of possible fights in the future, fights that include Mayweather, Marquez, and the one that blew me away... newly crowned Yuri Forman for a Jr. Middle weight title. You know it'll be a catchweight, Yuri didn't look impressive against a crappy Santos and draining him down to some catch weight would make him pretty vulnerable. This is nuts! Any thoughts?
Here's a thought, how can you be demanding catchweights of 145 lbs. for future WW opponents and then at the same time talk about going up to JMW? That doesn't seem consistent.
Forget titles in other divisions. Just stay at welter or jr welter. Those titles against those bums are not a good idea. Hope Roach forgets about that.
In a perfect world get both a Mayweather and 8th title fight in the next year. ...Or Mayweather actually moves up weight, gets a jnr. middleweight belt, then fights Manny after at 154 for pride and the belt. One can dream right?....
No. Don't be stupid, Pacquiao. "Eight is enough" but seven is plenty. :yep Just see this 147 thing through to its natural conclusion. The money's there anyway (and sure isn't at 154). Pointless, the risk/reward of adding a belt in another division is not worth it. It's not like any of the titlists would add to his legacy beyond forking over the strap.
