pacquiao fought pound for pound fighter every year since 2003 until now except 2006,2010 and 2013
he didnt fight a fighter on pound for pound in 2006 i think morales was out because he lost to raheem on late 2005
and he fought morales twice that year and oscar larios while in 2010 fought clottey and margarito and in 2013 he only fought once against rios
    this is pretty impressive.

    2003 fought barrera rank #3 p4p
    2004 fought marquez rank #6 p4p
    2005 fought morales rank #6 p4p
    2007 fought barrera rank #6 p4p
    2008 fought marquez rank #2 p4p
    2009 fought hatton rank #10 p4p
    2009 fought cotto rank #7 p4p
    2011 fought marquez rank #4 p4p
    2012 fought bradley rank #8 p4p
    2012 fought marquez rank #5 p4p
    2014 fought bradley rank #3 p4p
    2015 fought mayweather rank #1 p4p
    2016 fought bradley rank #10 p4p

Yes Pacquaio is an ATG that dared to be great by moving up to higher divisions and being successful while claiming the p4p throne for a few years! A fighter who deserved all the praises and accolades he recieved.. though fighter of the decade is questionable.

AND he still lost to Floyd 118-110 LOL

That's why Floyd will be considered the best of his era. Pac did this and that ... and lost widely to a washed up Floyd, who got a bronze in the Olympics, supposedly lost to Castillo, Maidana. Basically, Pac lost to a cherry picker right? Bring on the excuses.
