Everything had been agreed upon and at 50/50.

-Pacquiao implemented his own cheatproof penalty of 10 million dollars if Floyd came in overweight.

-Floyd asked for Blood testing to prevent anyone from taking steroids during their camps.

The fight was cheat proofed and everyone was getting money. What a shame.

Why are we still discussing this fight? From all that I have been reading, it seems to me that the general consensus is that Mayweather is scared to fight Pacman. If this is the case, then let's move on to finding Pacman another credible, fast strong opponent. Why would we want to see pacman fight a fighter who can't punch b/c he has no power, can't move around the ring anymore b/c of his age and due to a weakened legs, can't fight southpaws therefore can't stop the left hand, and isn't fast enough or unable to deal with the pressure that Pacman applies.
So, if pacman can do all this to mayweather, why are people holding on to this fight, it seems as if it's a mismatch, let Pacman go fight someone else who will pose a threat b/c mayweather can't to the geneeral public.

There is only one reason why someone walks/refuses at test and walks away from a shitload of money ----- ITS BECAUSE YOUR GUILTY AS ****.

So if you're justifying Pac using overweight penalties...why would he demand them for Morales, and demand them for Oscar?

To avoid being cheated of a size advantage, yes? They never missed weight before.

And why, all of a sudden, want you to have your opponent get externally tested well in fact there's a commission who handles that? Did he ask for extra test against oscar? Hatton? Gatti? oh yeah. his crackdad told him so.

It'll be good. But Tim fights a lot like Hatton with the wildness on the inside, and I'm expecting pac's right hook to be a big factor in stunning him and keeping him at bay. I'm guesing some cuts will occur along the way because of the style clash as well.

Either way, a Pacquiao win, possibly a TKO.

Don't deflect. Why did he ask it for Morales and Oscar?

    To prevent cheating, yes?

as a *******...here is something i might NEVER say or mention again..

yes i think pacquiao is taking SOMETHING that he doesnt want us to know...thats just OBVIOUS...

Mayweather feels like his "0" should be respected and get paid the same if not more than pacquiao...we know that...

is mayweather scared of pacquiao??? Mayweather is scared of NO ONE... he's gonna face one of the biggest challenges in his life...PRISON..so pacquiao compared to prison, is penuts...no fear..

is pacquiao scared of MAYWEATHER?? no, but he's worried about being countered by mayweather all night and get out pointed...that was evident with the marquez fight.. as soon as some one shows some BRAIN, pacquiao sorta second guesses himself... and it makes him perform at 85% and THAT is not enough to beat MAYWEATHER..

does this mean because cotto gave mayweather a grueling fight, that pac would just WALK over MAYWEATHER??? no..in the heavier weights.. super middle, light heavy, heavyweight, cruiser, 1-8 lbs might not be a big difference ....BUT in the 147,154,160 lbs, since that is my fluctuating weight of MINE, i understand that body type and YES , at these weights, 1-8 lbs makes a big difference...

What is floyd scared of then?? nothing... maybe loosing the respect of his kids??? thats about it...

What is manny scared of?? maybe being exposed?? everything he's ever worked for, DUMPED!! a la margarito hand wraps...

these are OPINIONS .....i did my home work and i studied these men's body languages and interviews...and remember, im a die hard pacquiao fan!! i used to HATE mayweather...

Do i care if this fight happens?? NO...cuz i feel mayweather will adjust and win...with his counter punching GENIUS... and i dont want manny to loose to MAYWEATHER... i rather him loose to TIMOTHY BRADLEY and retire....thats the honest truth...
