Pacquiao has agreed to full random test up to the fight - Timothy James

    According to Timothy James "Manny agreed to the blood tests....Manny hasn't cared about blood for some time!"

    He also goes on to say that Manny "he hasn't cared about random testing. he hasn't cared if it is all the way up to the day of the fight"

    He also said that they were told that Michal Koncz was fired by a "really, really reliable source"

    So I'm confused here Bob Arum says Team Pacqiuao are concerned with the testing body USADA and they want WADA to do the testing.

    A few days earlier Michael Koncz mentions nothing about USADA and says he is unsure if Manny is willing to take the tests without a 14 day cut off.

    Now Timothy James say Manny has agreed to full random tests over 12 months ago and to top it off Manny wants the fight to be made!

    WTF? I mean who is lying here and why they hell are Team Pacquiao not all united in what they are saying?

    I have a feeling maybe just maybe Manny is or has been manipulated......Maybe he wants the fight and would have agreed to the tests but maybe uncle Bob won't allow it?

    What do you all think?

    So if we take what Timmy says is true then Bob Arum or Konzc have deliberately messed with negotiations in order for the fight not to happen. Why? Because they know pac will lose.

    Milk the guy dry was the plan they had all along.

    thats nothing...minimal at best

    he needs to actually address all the confusion, about arum, roach, koncz, the tests, what he has and hasn't agreed to, what he is and is not willing to do/agree to via prepared statement or PR....brushing off a microphone in his face with a yes, yes, me agree is not enough...the man is a damn elected official for crying out loud

    I think this is a pretty good guess and i have been thiking this for a while. I do believe Pac wants the fight and would at the least consider asking what Mayweather wants to get him in the ring, but I feel Bob does not want to do business with mayweather, and is worried because Floyd is too sharp for Pac and they dont want to loose their cash cow.

    Funny how the blame for Floyd -Manny fight not happening yet is now falling on Arum and Pac, and everyone else except the real culprit, Floyd Mayweather.
    Just goes to show if you tell a lie often enough it will eventually be percieved as the truth.
