Pacquiao has already fought 51 pro fights. Does any of the other p4p fighters have similar record?

Pacquiao has faced great fighters and has defeated great fighters. His victories over Barrera and Morales were brilliant. However, he needs to fight JMM one more time. Should he win (convincingly) then I would say Yes Pacquiao has already defeated his best opponents.

I'm already convince that he has defeated his best opponents. Pacquiao has already proven it, why not fight the others and maybe a trilogy with those other fighters.

Mosley beat DLH. Hopkins beat Trinidad. MAB beat Morales. Or a better example, Duran beat Leonard.
Floyd, Cotto and Calzaghe hasn't fought any great fighters in their prime (just if you consider DLH and Mosley are still in their primes).
Also, not Pac's fault the judges were scoring rounds JMM won for him. Pac was outboxed after the second round.
Nobody has never made Freitas quit at 130. Pac doesn't carry Corales power and at 130, Freitas wasn't shot like he was when he fought Diaz. Freitas is too strong for Pac and would KO him early. Pac doesn't have the tricks Casamayor has to survive.

gotta agree with you bro, although of course i'll still root for pac against freitas win or lose if for example, they fought prime for prime. freitas was a beast a 130, it was his prime weight. too bad he was already at lightweight when mab morales and pac went up to super feather and whenever freitas comes up on the boxing discussion, people who only watched few of his fights only regards him as a quitter. i feel bad for the guy, he should have achieved greater things if he stayed at superfeather longer

come on guyz..give pacman some credit for his accomplishments.,before fighting morales and barrera..all of you thought that pac woud be KO'd.but look what happened.. I think it's just an excuse in your part or you can't just accept the fact that PAC is simply the best among the featherweights fighter..,

You need to accept some defeats..,unlike JMM who is not man enough to accept a defeat..,loser..,!!

Acelino Freitas was a very good boxer, but I'm convince Manny Pacquiao would have beaten him. Pacquiao has a lot of speed and power and he would easily catch Freitas. Freitas wouldn't have the footwork to get away and he only has an average chin also. Freitas's best win was against Jorge Barrios where both fighters were knockdown which proves he has an average chin especially his disappointing lost to Juan Diaz.

It would have been a great exciting fight, but I'm going with Manny Pacquiao with a middle round knockout.

He definitely rates above them, there's no doubt about it but those fights must and will happen anyway since they're best the division can offer for now. It's still funny to see Valero being mentioned, I honestly believe Pacquiao will knock Valero out within 3 rounds tops.

How was MAB not prime when Pac fought him in 2003?

And the fact that Pac held JMM to a controversial draw in 2004,( I won't longer say should have won) should tell you that he has fought against the best and most dangerous boxers so far, so better admit that.:hey

And Freitas, oh I am starting to think he is so overrrated. Not to say weak-minded.

If he were not, he would have fought until he was KOd by both Corrales and Diaz..:yep

Pacquiao is still #2 on the p4p list, if he wants that number #1 spot he has to wait in line to fight Floyd. Unless Floyd should lose in the meantime of course.

Manny's victories against MAB and Morales is impressive even though Morales had seen better days. JMM is only known for being the guy that got a draw with Manny, he hasn't beaten anybody besides an old MAB.

Manny should fight Guzman, he will give Pac a lot of trouble, which is why they don't mention his name...
