You make it sound like it would be the biggest miracle since jesus resurrected! If Pac catches Cotto with the same shot he sparked out Hatton with, or with his thunderous straight southpaw left that Cotto was rather open for when he fought Judah, i can see cotto going.

Cotto losses wind after about 7-8 rounds usually. If your trying to catch someone who has good footwork, side to side movement and throws flurries everytime... Believe mo, Cotto will get tired faster.

I think Cotto cant rely anymore on his strenth like he use to on the lower weight divisions, the competition had gotten WAY better!! so now , he'll box more althoug he will go for the exhanges wich he should get the better of.. glass chin? maybe.. but dont count on paquiao knocking him out ... If Paquiao is that strong of a fighter, well lets fight at walterweight..147..

No, more like, if Cotto gets punched in the face with a few left hands. Which I think is going to happen. Cotto's defense is not good enough to keep Pac from connecting.

i agree, but I see Miguel attacking in the early rounds, and counterpunching in the later rounds

I thought Clottey won the fight. . . but definately not on a margin wide enough that I can call it a robbery.

Im finished with doubting Pac. I didnt give him a chance against DLH. . well, it was a weight drained DLH he got. . but regardless. . he pummeled him. I did pick Pac to beat Hatton, but i thought it was going to be a tough fight for him. He just absolutely destroyed him. . .

so in Pac/Cotto. . im not even trying to call a winner. I just want it to be a good fight and let the better fighter win.

common people, lets all stop assuming and make it simple..

cotto in my opinion has been cheated which means he's still undefeated, he fought like a true champion with clottey with virtually one eye, and he's a legitimate welter..

both camp agrees to a 145 lbs catchweight which i think is fair and reasonable weight for their fight to take place..

cotto is one of the most dangerous fighters that pac will be facing, an opponent i can say much more dangerous than mayweather and lets not forget he already defeated mosley..

I'm actually not so sure it's there for Cotto! When did Cotto ever even knock down a top-level fighter with one punch? And when's the last time pac even got knocked down by any kind of punch, let alone a single shot?

If PAC can stay on his toes land good, hard shots to the body and head. If he can be very elusive for twelve, he could win. Otherwise, I'll pick Cotto by stoppage.

Yep but his nose was maybe broken. And you got tired faster with a broken nose when you can not bread. He's nose was at least badly damaged

Pac has 5 pound balls to be fighting Cotto. Remember two years ago, if we talked about these kind of matchups we wouldve been banned.

well, eventually pac will finally find his limit with 147 already being his 7th or 8th weight division. but you've got to give him credit for looking for that limit in the first place. most fighters never venture too far away from their comfort zones in their careers.
