well the difference is that Pac doesn't have to come all the way up to 154, but Martinez has to cut down and make 150.
Either way, the fight is unreasonable

Duran didn't duck Iran Barkley, he dared to be great.

Pacquiao and Arum only dare to fight people who don't move their head.

But to be fair, everyone knows Martinez would have Pacquiao for breakfast, at 154.
Pacquiao needs to get it on with Mayweather, not old ass Mosley who damn near lost his last two fights, one against SERGIO MORA!

Funny thing is though, Martinez has filled out to legit MW. He was 171? fight night? Kelly was 168 in his first Taylor fight and he was considered a 'big MW'. I'm not so sure that Martinez would find himself really drained making 154 now to be perfectly honest.

IF the fight is ever made, 154 is the only (somewhat Logical weight). Anything below that (or above it) is nuts.

what if Pac says he wants to fight Andre Ward, but at 154
Would you believe he really wants to fight?

Martinez said he couldn't go below 156 and later offered 155. No way he can get to 150

He can make 154 still, he only weighed 157 for his last MW title defense. But the window of opportunity is closing on that.

That's in the range of Margo when he fought Pac, and Margo had major time off. Margo made weight and came in massive. Martinez should be in superior ring shape, and able to make the weight too if he wanted, or at least some compromise there abouts but really, he doesn't want to fight Pac. It's bull****.

The guy who last weighed in at 144 is ducking the middleweight champ.

People who truly believe this are really unknowingly adding to Pac's greatness by claiming a 5'6.5 blownup lightweight is obliged to fight the middleweight champion.

Personally, I'd love to see Pac try and beat Martinez @ 160. But do I think he's a coward for not trying? That would be easy for anyone to say because they aren't the ones strapping those gloves on.

    In review:

Pac, who last weighed in at 144, is now officially ducking the midleweight champ Sergio Martinez.

In related news, Sergio Martinez is too small for 168.

    :patsch
