Pacquiao "Hatton will be my hardest fight yet"

I'm glad to see Pacman isnt under estimating Hatton. He probably feels that this fight may be his hardest because its only his 2nd fight north of 135 lbs and Hatton is bigger then all of his previous opponents excluding a weight drained Oscar.

 

And since Hatton is the first live opponent he's fighting since his controversial SD in his rematch with Marquez.

 

Will you guys give Manny "full props" if he does win against Hatton?

Manny's so good and people are so impressed with him that even if he beat someone like PBF, most of us would fail to grasp the immensity of the achievement...I guess it's what comes with being so bloody good...it comes to be expected...

 

well, the hatton fight will be pac's 3rd fight after that tough SD win vs. jmm. i guess pac did deserve some time off w/ the diaz fight after that very hard fight.

and remember, it was dlh who actually first offered pac to fight him and we all know that any fighter just can't refuse a mega-money dlh fight if it falls in his lap.

 

Manny Pacquiao is a great fighter who gets the right credit for his individual wins.

Erik Morales was at the tail end of his career even in their first fight, whereas nobody gave David Diaz a hope because he is a human pinata. Likewise, Oscar was a dummy on the night. unable to throw punches, by his own admission. He was weight drained and old. The prime fighters Manny has beat, Barrera and Marquez, are huge wins. However, I thought Marquez beat him twice as does other people. It has nothing to do with Manny being "so good"

Hatton will be the first live opponent of Manny's since Marquez II. If he beats Hatton - he gets full credit.

I am not criticizing Pacquiao for fighting Oscar. Everybody thought Oscar would win, including me, but we didn't really take everything into consideration. Hoya was old, didn't look great against Forbes, and then had to get down to 147 for the first time in 7 years. He was a shell by the night came, and he couldn't even throw combinations with conviction. Not Manny's fault, but anybody saying Pacquiao beat a good version of Oscar are fooling themselves.

 

The Pacquiao I started to follow and seriously support was the 1996-2003 version of him.

Everything after that feels like some sort of a dream. It boggles my mind how that crazy little skeletor kid with a big heart is the p4p number 1 boxer in the world today. Successful in weight divisions that I thought was impossible for him to even fight in.

I honestly thought his international boxing career would be over when his body forced him to go up to 122 lbs.

What about it? It was probably a rumor created by a *******, they are absolutely everywhere - surely there is at least one on the panel.

In all seriousness, the judging error means absolutely nothing to me and the other people who scored the fight for Juan. There was a considerable amount of people who thought Marquez won both fights, and we didn't make any scoring errors.

 

That was valid. The judge said that if he knew about it he would have scored it that way. Not sure but didn't MAB had the benefit of a wrongly scored card turned around in his favor. Was it the fight with Juarez?:huh
