it's harder to walk away when on top than to keep going and scrambling your legacy to bits like Jones and Toney
He will have one or two more fights if he wins, if he loses though it's either going to be a rematch depending on how the loss is or retirement.
I will totally miss him when he retire. all those wars he gave us,the sweetness of victory, to the bitter defeat,to stand up and rise like a phoenix. He is a total package figther.he dont need an identity to sell fights, he just go in there and fight no matter who he face, he make every second unfold into our eyes and just say wow!!we will not see another pacquiao in our life.he is the definition of entertainment. Oh god we are so bless to see him fight.
I doubt he'll retire if he loses. When asked why he wouldn't retire after the KO, he said, "Why would I retire off a loss?" I also think he'll fight in the Philippines as one of his last fights. He's always wanted to fight in his home country.
Head games, puts more pressure on Floyd. Now not only is Floyd bigger stronger and faster he is fighting a guy who is about to retire.
I hope they both retire after this, this fight will make them enough to last for life if they are smart with their money, retire on top.
I watched the Manny documentary and he seemed like he wanted to retire years ago, it really just looked like he was hanging around for the May fight.
