It's called random up until the fight. They do not control when they have blood testing. They had no idea the last test was 18 days out. Try again.

reminder....tons of articles and interviews with pac saying he offered a 14-day cut-off up until he signed with margo...then it mysteriously changes to no cut-off

If you believe Floyd had the inside connection on the random blood testing in his bout with Mosley I'd love to hear what you think about Pacman vs Clottey and Pacman vs Margarito. Let me guess, Clottey was too scared to swing back right? And Margarito will just be beaten by the far superior Pacman, even though he is still a dangerous opponent for Pacman due to his size?

Floyd went on vacation for a year the moment he stepped out of the ring with Shane Mosley.

Floyd had time to make that "all the way to fight day" demand again.... I guess Floyd knew that was too risky, he might get called on it. It was a better move for him to go on vacation.

...then again, was there ever a negotiation where Pac could make that offer?

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/boxing/8698753.stm

oh, but wait...on a place where phil boxing is discussed,

PACQUIAO VEHEMENTLY DENIES AGREEING TO 14 DAY CUT-OFF FOR BLOOD TESTS

so now we have pacquiao saying yes to 14 days, no to 14 days, and yes to no cut-off....

I'm sorry but this has to bite Manny in the ass for now saying he accepted 0 days.

First it was anything inside 30 days he needs 3 days rest but now he's fine?

Or does he still need the 3 days ? So there's a chance could be tested within the final 2 weeks 3 times so he'll lose 9days.

It's 1-1. There's no reason for him to be fine now but not then.

Unless you want to say it was for a power trip and he didn't want to give into Mayweathers side. That's fine but he still killed the first fight.

    1-1
