he dosent hit harder than shane so he wont have buzzed him

also combine a solid chin , great instinct and the best defence going all this "pac gonna knock out gayweather" you hear becomes even more unbeleivable

Pac is faster than Shane

Probably as fast as Floyd

Plus his workrate, which will trouble Floyd

Pac via decision

 

lol no chance, Floyd is a winner, he wouldn't loose to pacquiao under any circumstance.

I love the fact he has a 'solid chin' for getting heavily buzzed twice by a man who could hardly pull the trigger.

George Chuavlo had an iron chin. Didn't stop him getting stopped.

and were combining a great defence with a solid chin and great survival insticts add to this the fact the manny in truth dosent hit as hard as some would have you beleive i cant see him knocking out maweather or stopping him so its going to points and i pick floyd UD

Pac's workrate would give Floyd big problems. He is no aging fighter.

 

This is the key to the whole show. How do you beat a man who throws 1000 punches per fight?

Even if the connection rate is ludicrously poor Pac is always going to have a chance on the cards due to workrate alone.

 

He threw over 1200 punches vs Clottey, yes these are the questions we want answered.

 

Dont you think Mayweather of steping up his workrate another level as he did on saturday? Or that Mayweathers accurate,stinging counters, may cause Pac's workrate to drop, making him think more about committing himself? It's a different ballgame when your opponnent does'nt only throw when you stop.

 

I think Mayweather will make Pacquiao think more about what he actually does.

It's all very well being able to tee off on Clottey who didn't throw anything hardly, and Hatton, who's punches came via recorded delivery.

Marquez wobbled him a few times with counters, and to a point kept Pac off balance by keeping his lead foot on the outside pretty much throughout the fight.

I've been consistently saying that Floyd would beat Pacquiao handily, nothing I've seen in their most recent fight has led me to believe otherwise.

 

Fighting Clottey is a totally different kettle of fish, its almost pointless bringing the punc stats against him up.

Clottey covers up, goes into his shell and essentially while he wasnt always landing Manny Pac could fire at will. Clottey also has a very very low punch output himself and his counters are few and far between.

Manny Pac has struggled with effective counter punchers before (JMM) and he also has a lack of head movement, a lot of his defence relies on not giving his opponent a chance to throw.
With Mayweather its a different story, Cotto, Hatton, Clottey are relativley easy to hit for world level fighters but Flloyd is probably the most elusive boxer in the sport. One Pacman finds himself missing and being countered his punch output will drop and his punch output will be a lot lower then other fights as he puts more though into his offence.
