When an accusation like this is thrown, I tend to consider the source. If it even has a last name of Mayweather, you can almost bet that 99.99% of it is bull****.

The 3 of them talk more bs then the rest of boxing combined. Heck between the 3 of them, they can't complete one grammatically correct sentence.

Bottom line, they are already building the excuse train if Pac beats Lil boy Floyd.

Floyd Sr. remarked that even steroids couldn't help Pac beat Mayweather. The fact of the matter is, in today's sport's world, athletes are routinely accused of steroid use without any sort of proof. Mayweather Sr. is just some guy who was giving his personal opinion during a local interview. I've seen national writers(who are supposed to be objective) openly accuse and/or insinuate that an athlete was juicing without any real proof. Mayweather's accusations are indeed baseless, but this is nothing new.

@ Mosely. You got to sure be pretty ignorant to think blood work, doctor consultations, and 10k out of pocket expenses were needed for taking flaxseed oil.

this only goes to show that sr is amazed with what pac can do (as much as he wants to deny it)... to think that pac is at par w/ someone who uses roids.

Who are we to judge... PAC might just be naturally ripped. I mean, Whatarock's avatar looks like a a chick with a dick to me, but we shouldnt judge a book by its cover

I agree man, but you know how some people are, just look at how hard they look into what he says; and you know they'll hold to Mayweather's opinion like it is the truth. His accusations are indeed baseless but saying **** like that and singleing out Pacquiao without any shred of proof aside from his perceived fast weight gain was low and stupid. Snr. saying it just adds to some people's preconceived notion that it is true, and there is nothing Pacquiao can do to disprove it.

“I don’t even know how it looks and what color it is,” Pacquiao said in a TV interview shortly after arriving at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport this morning (Sept. 17).

The IBO junior welterweight champion added that he has already instructed his lawyer, Jeng Gacal, to study any possible legal action they can take against Mayweather.

“We’re thinking of suing him (Mayweather) for what he said,” he added.

I can tell you right now, Pacquiao has no case against Mayweather in terms of a lawsuit. Another thing people don't realize, is that Mayweather didn't bring up the subject. He was asked during the interview about fighters being on "supplements". They didn't show the full interview, but I wouldn't be surprised if the interviewer didn't specifically ask about Pacquiao. Now if that happened, I can't blame Mayweather for giving his honest opinion.

Pac would look like a fool because he already passed judgement on your hero and cheat, Antonio Margarito. I guess he didn't know that having extra padding with lotion was cheating also.

    My thoughts too. :good

Sr.'s irresponsible and disgraceful insinuations gives yet another blackeye to our beloved sport. :-( Someone or something needs to s him tfu already. His poo-breath is like a drunk's fart in an overcrowded elevator.

No he does not. Pacquiao is considered a public figure. This means that he would have to prove actual malice in order win any sort of defemation of character lawsuit. This means that he would have to prove without question that the statements were made with the knowledge that the information was false, or that the statements were made with a reckless disregard for the truth. That **** is almost impossible to prove. Only a handful of people have successfuly done so. Given that Mayweather prefaced his comments by saying it was his opinion, it only makes Pac's case that much more difficult. In short, Pacquiao has no case against Mayweather or the Grand Rapids press.

they're gonna go after his broke ass and he's still gonna have to pony money up in his defense.

You're assuming a judge won't dissmiss the case right off the bat. You're also assuming that Pac is going to want to waste precious time and money pursuing a case that isn't winnable. Big Floyd has more than enough money to defend himself if such a lawsuit were to occur. Chances are that the Grand Rapid Press would the defendant instead Floyd Sr. anyway.
