    really?

so floyd fighting marquez coming off a victory over juan diaz who had lost to nate campbell not so long time ago is coming from a career best victory?

so hatton winning over a shot castillo was coming from a career best victory?

so delahoya coming from a year vacation and winning over mayorga is oscar's career best victory?

so maybe floyd fighting GBP fighters for the last 5 years are just a coincidence right? floyd is his own boss, he pick his own opponents. yet he only picks GBP fighters.

why are you people keep blaming arum when floyd only fights GBP fighters? floyd could have fought williams then or matrtinez and they are not from TR nor from GBP.

it's like *****s still blaming arum for the fight not happening when it was floyd who goes into vacation.

I think the point is that Floyd was fighting guys considered near the top of their game. Not necessarily their "best" wins, but at a stage where the Floyd opponent was coming of impressive performances.

Hatton was undefeated. Coming off wins over Tszyu (who I rate highly, not necessarily ATG wise, but as a fighter) and JCC.

Oscar was coming off a completely destructive performance against Mayorga, moreso than Trinidad's annilation.

Same with Mosely. Coming off his best (or 2nd best, outside of Dela Hoya 1) carrer performance. Absolutely destroyed Margarito.

JMM, a lot has been said about the weigh disparity. I think the recent Pac 3 fight has taken away from that a bit, considering how he fared at the exact weight he fought Pac. But he was coming off knockout wins over Casamayor and a FOTY knockout over Diaz... and let's not make it seem like lightweights haven't moved up to Welterweight to defeat the champion before (as I mentioned earlier, Mosely vs Dela Hoya 1, and even Duran vs SRL 1... Many others in history, see Henry Armstrong).

Even Ortiz was coming off his career best performance.

    Corrales was undefated world champ.

JCC was the ring magainze and WBC champ coming off wins over Stevie Johnson and Cazar Bazan.

Arturo Gatti was on the role of his career.

Not trying to make FLoyd's resume a top 20 prospect. No way.

But he has fought fighters that were in form and generally rated in the RING's (and most people's, for the most part) pound for pound lists.

Again, Floyd's resume is certainly got holes nonetheless.

*******s just seem to need something to believe in. No matter how non-sensical. How can Floyd ask for 100 mill when he is not a top rank fighter? It is bull****. Even when he runs his own show he puts up money to get it on the backend. Of he goes 50/50 he will get close to that anyway on the PPV money that would roll in for years. Arum been saying the same lies since last year. Time to make some ****ing sense. What of the fight does 3-3.5 mill buys? Pac is a duck and a ***** just making excuses for his dumb ass fans to believe. Like the fight being 90% done with Joe Jackson promoting. Lmao

Well at least you admit Pac is a liar. Not even his die hard fans could argue that. Pac has been lying more than usual lately, it's an alarming trend IMO.

I found it funny how roid gayweather fans had a field day when Mayweather made taht video on fighthype. he just said, Im ready to sign etc but never laid out his deluded stipulations in order to sign the contract. 100 million dollars?! Pacquaio should never have conceded a smaller share aswell. Floyd doesnt deserve a bigger share. Pathetic

This is a stupid thread from a ******* troll. So Pacquaio claims he heard that Mayweather was asking for 100mil, and therefore it must be true. No quote from Mayweather, just Pac speaking about some hearsay that he heard. GTFOH! *******s need to accept that the fight hasn't happened and isn't likely to happen as long s Bob Arum controls Pac. He doesn't want to see his star people get schooled.

    Pac is an Idiot...

Floyd never asked for 100 mil.

no fighter would ever made that money in one fight.
