you want facts lets look at facts then.now we will have to break this down into parts.part 1:cherrypicking,floyd is the all time greatest cherrypicker.he never fought morales or barrera and when he finally fought marquez he drug him up to ww and then came in over the limit and paid the fine so he could have more advantage.he never fought cotto or margarito and should have fought mosley 5 or 6 years ago when he was prime but it took mosley getting in the ring after floyds win and calling him out to get him to fight.arturo gatti was his last beat down and gatti had no chance and floyd still couldnt ko his ass.PART 2:steriods/p.e.ds,pac has never failed a drug test and has never had anyone other than mayweathers camp accuse him of using something or as roger mayweather says "he on that ****" now lets look at what that **** does and doesnt do.steroids/peds will not increase your ability to take a punch,thats god given you either got it or you dont.now where is all the side effects of these drugs like hair growth,acne etc.steroids make you retain water now how did pac use them and come in under weight in his ww fights and he did you know he never made 147 or 152.in his fight agaisnt margarito,margarito got caught using a banned substance before the fight,now pac didnt say thats it fights over ,no he did what a real mother****er does he came out and beat his ass anyways.now if pacs on "THAT ****" wheres the power,his only devestating ko was hatton ,all his other fights were late round stopage exept margarito ud win.now if he was on "THAT ****" shouldnt he be knocking guys out with one punch like tyson.part 3: calling the shots,who is floyd to say what pac will do and not do.if the boxing commision says the standard drug test than its good.just because everybody else will get on their knees for floyd dont mean pac should.even if pac agrees to all the testing mayweathers camp has already said he cant train in his HOME the phillipines,he must train here in the usa.now what if pac said floyd cant train in vegas ,i mean the mother****er lives there dont he.PART 4:character: floyd has said he dont care about nothing but the money ,now what athlete can say that and not catch hell for it.he is the self proclaimed greatest of all time,says hes better then sugar ray lenard and ali,only problem is lenard never said i wont fight hagler unless he takes this drug test and trains in alaska,ali never said you know what i think frazier is on "THAT ****" so im not gonna fight him unless he meets all my stipulations.hows that for facts and my bad for the long post but you had it coming.

I think floyd needs a few good tune-ups first, and Ortiz is the first good tune-up. Floyd has the ability to beat pacquiao by points, but a rusty version of floyd against a fighter of pacquiao's power, workrate and ability will get stopped.
