Hm pac is already getting in that mindset of where he has to match speed for speed with Floyd.

I feel Pacquiao "speed" would probably help, but in the immortal words of Rick James "Cocaine is a helluva drug".

The language barrier for Pacquiao might be the reason why the quote came out that way.

I'm not editing anything. We know Pacquiao is bad at english. You really think he believes he needs more speed? How much more faster can he get? He's already the fastest guy in the sport alongside Mayweather.

Pac's biggest problem against Floyd, if they ever fight, will be his reach.

i like that mannys not deluding himself and quite humble in his approach. he knows the task at hand and that mayweather is the toughest fight for him.

he has said in the past that it would be the best offence agains the best defence. no point you guys spliting hairs in order to get some kind of concession out of pacquiao that he s inferior. pacquiao always gives his opponents respect. the fact that he recognises mayweathers speed shows he s aware of what he needs to work on- that hes thinking about what he needs to do.

this is the perfect time for these two guys to fight- theyve both gotten real good looks at each others fighting style up close and personal. the thing is- there is noone else in the world like each other. floyds getting zab to help him prepare, and mannys getting forbes, and others.

anyway- in the end. its about respect. they respect each other. the recognise each other as a match. cant wait.

Thus the point. I don't need to "think" about what he means, he CLEARLY STATED IT. You are suggesting that Pacquiao by saying “If we fight, I’ll need more speed because Mayweather is fast”, does not mean that he would need more speed... That's is one of the more ******ed things I've heard in a long time. Do I think he believes he needs more speed? No...I KNOW he does because he said it. Your hero realizes he is mortal and not invincible...you should too. Manny expresses himself fine. It's convenient that when *******s don't like what their hero has to say it 'means something else' because he has 'bad English', or as in the case of that boxingtalk interview its simply not legitimate.
