2. Pac offered unlimited urine testing, 3 blood tests (one after the press conference, one not later than 30 day before the fight, and one right after the fight)

3. Floyd offered a 14 day cut off
4. Pac offered 24

5. Floyd insisted on a 14 day cut off without counter-offering anything
6. Pac walks away

So, if you are keeping the score on the concessions made:

Pac - 2
Floyd - 1
