    Different people,different reactions.

I dont know why people dont understand this, maybe cause they dont want to.

Anyway 60 urine tests and 3 blood tests in two months should be more than enough for everybody,he simply didnt wanted to fight Pac.

Anyone who says, 'they are not concerned about the money', or 'I don't fight for the money' is clearly not telling the truth. Yes there main priority for boxing is the enjoyment they get out of the sport, and entertaining the fans. But that is there job, they beat there opponents up to get paid at the end of the day.

I'm pretty sure other boxers and sportsmen arent concerned about the money, especially when they buy a new car, or a new house.

It isn't just 3 blood tests, it's more than that. IIRC, since it is random, they cannot guarantee how many blood tests they will take.

Pac is a superstitious person. He feels that taking blood from him actually weakens him and that belief was as a result of the blood taken from him moments before the Morales I fight in 2005 which he feels contributed to his loss. It may not be rational to some of you but people have different fears that are irrational. Some are scared of flying when it is the safest form of transport. Athletes like Bjorn Borg (grows a beard and wears the same shirt in Wimbledon), Michael Jordan (wore his UNC shorts under his Chicago Bulls Short) and even boxing's own JMM (drinks his urine during training) have superstitions that they believe help them win. In fact, Floyd has superstitions too; he likes to inject xylocaine because he feels that it numbs his hands and it makes him throw more punches without getting hurt. :D

No hater, the only thing some people DON'T UNDERSTAND is the necessity of RANDOM Blood Tests that Pacman won't agree too! I don't give a **** if the man's father died from giving blood 20 years ago, superstition my friggin ass....this is a man who values money, he isn't so "different" from Floyd, cheats on his wife and threatens to throw fights away over small %'s of purse splits. His last technical loss came in a fight he used "giving blood" as an excuse, just like his socks were his excuse in the JMM fight....maybe floyd should've put a "sock clause" in the contract and see if Pac throws away $40 million because of that :lol:

Pac's fight with Hatton almost never happened because Pac was demanding a SMALL piece of the pie more and wouldn't fight unless he got it. The contradictions from Pac's camp is almost insulting. At least Floyd is genuine. :deal

Anyone else get the impression that MP is using the fact that FM is known as a boring fighter to some fans to justify him pulling out of their fight with this statement ? :think

what is this 60 urine tests he agreed to? do you have a link to this? that would be around 2 tests every 3 days i find it hard to believe he would agree to that level of aggravation during his "hard training"

obviously, you did not get it. pac wanting the bigger slice over hatton even if it is just 51-49 or 52-48 is not a money thing. it's an ego thing where he really thinks he is the real draw which he proved by the way.

Why is random blood testing a necessity to this fight? If it is so necessary, why is it not being mandated by any boxing sanctioning body? If it is so necessary, why is Floyd mandating it 42 years after the first Olympic cheat was caught and 10 years after the WADA has been founded?

Or is it necessary because Floyd said so?

I don't argue the fact that Olympic style testing is the way forward for this sport but I question the timing of Floyd's demands. I don't buy the argument that it is only being demanded because the Pac vs Floyd is the biggest fight today. The Oscar vs Floyd fight was the biggest fight at that time, why was there no requirement from either fighters for the Olympic style dope testing? Is it because both would have been tested positive for xylocaine?

it's a good thing that pac already has a loss that's why we always see him versus tough and risky opponents even at welterweight. some will just protect their "0" either by avoiding the toughest challenge possible or fight very safely without care for those who bought his fight.

Pac agreed to random urine testing.

    1st sentence, 4th paragraph

Steroids are easily caught by urine testing.
