I agree that he shouldve declined the blood tests right from the start instead of him and his team coming up with different reasons why they wont do it every other day,but we should remember that even though Pac is a great fighter hes not the brightest guy in the world far from it after all hes the guy who has signed two contracts with two different promotional companies in two different occasions during his career,he has an history of doing one thing one day and another the next, but all of this doesnt prove hes guilty of taking steroids.

big difference is lance armstrong willingly took any and every drug testing procedure which included taking blood from him at every stage of the tour de france. pac is giving pathetic excuses as to why he can't take the test even the kenny interview he immediately froze up and didnt know what to say when asked why he couldnt take the test 15 days out it is suspicous to say the least.

    From

    http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NAC/NAC-467.html#NAC467Sec522

NAC 467.522 Forfeiture for failure to make weight. (NRS 467.030) 1. An unarmed combatant who fails to make the weight agreed upon in his bout agreement forfeits:
    (a) Twenty-five percent of his purse if no lesser amount is set by the Commission’s reprresentative

Both fighters are set to make 40 million each so the 10 million penalty that Pac asked for isn't exactly "NOT in the rules."

    from the same page

NAC 467.476 Boxers: Weight classes; weight differences; weight loss after weigh-in. (NRS 467.030)
    1. The classes for unarmed combatants who are boxers and the weights for each class are shown in the following schedule:

    Strawweight....................................................................................................... up to 105 lbs.
    Light-Flyweight........................................................................................ over 105 to 108 lbs.
Flyweight.................................................................................................. over 108 to 112 lbs.
Super Flyweight....................................................................................... over 112 to 115 lbs.
Bantamweight.......................................................................................... over 115 to 118 lbs.
Super Bantamweight................................................................................ over 118 to 122 lbs.
Featherweight........................................................................................... over 122 to 126 lbs.
Super Featherweight................................................................................. over 126 to 130 lbs.
Lightweight.............................................................................................. over 130 to 135 lbs.
Super Lightweight.................................................................................... over 135 to 140 lbs.
Welterweight............................................................................................ over 140 to 147 lbs.
Super Welterweight.................................................................................. over 147 to 154 lbs.
Middleweight........................................................................................... over 154 to 160 lbs.
Super Middleweight................................................................................. over 160 to 168 lbs.
    Light-heavyweight................................................................................... over 168 to 175 lbs.
Cruiserweight........................................................................................... over 175 to 195 lbs.
    Heavyweight................................................................................................... all over 195 lbs.

...so 145 lbs is still within the rules of a welterweight fight; so your arguments about Pac not following the rules are wrong.

I'll have to repeat myself again,is Lance taking those tests cause cycling's governing body demands him to or cause some other rider asked him to?

    but it isn't the LIMIT

they LIMITED the weight to 145, thus not allowing the fighter to fight at 147 in the WW division

i didn't say it wasn't within the WW div, but i did say the LIMITED the max weight, which is NOT an NSAC regulation, their regulation is that a fighter can weigh in up to 147 pounds for a WW fight

Who passed all of the tests, yet people still claim that there is no need for extra testing.

No doubt.hes just a puppet of Arum and Roach you can see that in the interview with Kenny he didnt know what to answer probably cause he doesnt have a clue what the hell happened, you have Roach,Arum,Konck etc telling him different things all the time and people wonder why pac contradicts himself, but if you think about it how can he not.

A welterweight fight can be fought between the weights of over 140 to 147. I have just pasted it above and I don't think it is difficult to understand. 145 is a valid welterweight fight. If you can prove otherwise, then present your evidence.

Listen kid, the limit is 147...meaning a fighter is ALLOWED by the sanctioning organization and commission to weigh 147 for a WW fight.

Pac charging 1 million or 10 million dollars for every pound over 145 in a fight where the commision and sanctioning body recognizes the maximum limit is 147, is Pac making up his own rules. Do you comprende mendes?

    you cannot read

i NEVER siad it wasn't a WW fight...i said, according to the NSAC, the LIMIT is 147

    the LIMIT is NOT 145

i don't need to show the evidence, you did it for me

oh, and also regarding the fine...that was a fine to the NSAC....the 10 mil per pound fine would have been paid to pac...no the same as what you pasted

No i dont know what the tour de France is maybe you can tell me what it is?

but if you knew anything about it you would know that not only was Armstrong tested before the race he was also tested during the race, him and all the other riders but thats cause they have to cause its something implemented by cycling's governing body and not cause by some rider that thinks the other is cheating,i think this is simple enough for even you to understand but i wouldnt bet money on it :lol:.

Yes, a schedule blood test :yep But he better not do that because NSAC does not demand that, so why the hell would Pac do something that isn't mandatory by NSAC? :hey
