I know that. I feel being brutally KO'd has instilled a sense of desperation into him

I'm not sure of a rematch happening. Marquez will want more money along with OSDT

I don't think he's desperate. He's merely a man who has a competitive streak in him that won't leave well enough alone. No one likes to lose and prize fighters in particular are extra sensitive to a loss. Couple that with the fact that he's faced this man 3 times before the loss on Saturday and you get why he's looking to get back in the saddle so quickly.

Truth is.....PAC doesn't need boxing the way other fighters need it. He could ride off into the sunset knowing he's had one of the most amazing careers any boxer has had. But to leave on a loss....not just a loss... A BRUTAL KO LOSS! That's a fire that burns internally for a guy like PAC.

He'll have an axe to grind....the question is....if he'll come back the same....damaged or better than before. I'm not sure myself but based on how he performed before the KO...I think we should give him a shot to see if this was the end of his career or if it was just a speed bump.

I would agree....I think PAC needs a "test the waters" type of fight. Rios would be a good option or if they are looking to get Manny some rounds...Paulie. PAC needs a confidence builder and an opponent who is durable. April isn't too long of a break but it should be enough for PAC to be ready physically. He didn't take on much damage in his fight Saturday...aside from some superficial bruises and a MASSIVELY bruised ego.

It's a safe bet that Juan will be compensated HANDSOMELY for a 5th fight with PAC. The money won't be an option after things settle. The drug testing won't be a problem either since PAC and Roach are both open to it. Bob will of course do thing right through the commission to avoid debacles like the one with Morales and USADA. This fight produced a LOT of buzz.....Everyone heard about the incredible KO....they heard about the fight being an absolute WAR and how Juan was able to come from behind and get redemption! It's a big fight that will happen as long as Juan and PAC want it.

good luck with your hope. You have an unusually high level of faith in manny and his team. I don't after these last three years

That might be their downfall. Its still questionable as we will have to see how Manny got affected by that KO. Manny still has speed and most of all power. SO if his opponents go head hunting they might be in for a big surprise. Remember Marquez was already his 4th fight and these guys knew each other well unlike his other opponents.
