    :deal

    Could've, should've, and would've don't matter in life.

Mayweather also went to jail and he purposely took untimely vacations to duck prime fighters when it mattered.

Champion in 8 weight divisions. Fighter of the decade 2000-2009. 10 year reign in the top 10 p4p. TKO wins over ATGs Barrera and Morales.

I dont know who will be rated higher in time, but it looks like it will be Pacquiao, cause his achievement list is insane. No matter how great he is (and he is fcking great) Floyd's achievements simply dont match up.

Why is everyone shitting on Rios? He ain't that bad.
He is a B fighter, and if you consider that Pac slept for nearly 2 minutes during his last fight, I'd say it's a good come back fight.

Maybe I'm missing the actual point your trying to argue I don't know exactly how many months is between Hernandez to Hatton but I know that outside of 08 Mayweather has been top 10 in the sport since 98 and top 5 since about 02/03. My actual opinion though is that Pac shouldn't even be on the list currently after 2 and In some minds 3 straight losses but with his list of accomplishments is hard not to put him on he would be in the last 3/4 if I had to put him on.

Not trying to just bash Pac but he enter the list by beating Barrera right, if you go through his resume since that time and look at the fighters he beat and the fighters he struggled with/lost to they have one thing in common the guys he beat were all coming off of embarasing one-sided losses and the guys he struggled/lost to were winning to me that is hard to ignore

Yeah okay fine. No one has had the perfect career and everyone can be critqued. But these are all gray areas that can be debated forever. I can say Floyd got beat by Castillo and hasnt fought any ATGs, but you can debate that with me.

The black and white accomplishments however are what history will remember. 8 weight divisions (lineal champ in 4!), fighter of the decade, stoppage wins over ATGs Barrera and Morales. These are facts. Floyds accomplishments are that he's undefeated, has been a champion in 5 weight divisions, wins over a past prime Dela Hoya and a prime Corrales. He just doesnt match up with the black and white accomplishments, even though his talent is greater than his accomplishments would make you believe.

Because the Bradley fight didnt take anything from his ranking. In boxing, everyone is used to terrible judging decisions, so obviously the rankings reflect what happened in real life. There's no way Pacquiao is ranked below Broner (who is currently one place beneath him). That would be outright crazy.

    2 losses. 1 by KO
    takes away any P4P status

take away the "bad decision" , he was still KTFO...history tells us that you lose that P4P status when that happens

There's a lot to that. Maybe youre right. But usually the fighters who leave the top 10 after being knocked out werent ranked number 1 before that fight. I think if Mayweather gets thoroughly dominated and stopped by Khan in his next fight, Floyd has to still be in the top 5 ranking, beacuse he's coming from the top spot. Do you feel Broner should rank higher than Pacquiao? I cant imagine anyone saying that.

at this point, yes, Broner should be ranked higher.
slice it how you will....Broner has never lost and just jumped 2 divisions for a title . pac has lost 2 times in a row...1 by KO....no way you rank him over Broner because of those facts

Unbelievable. We have to agree to disagree. To say that Broner is to be rated higher than Manny Pacquiao is going beyond what i consider a reasonable discussion.
