Floyd is slight bigger draw US..He is also the most hated boxer. Pac is more loved in the World. 50% of Void's PPV paying fans are also hoping for him to get KTFO.

Didn't Floyd say that he wishes he had fans like Hatton does, after their fight

only slightly? floyd has no sponsors. how do you market domestic violence? the numbers don't lie argument doesn't prove anything. popularity changes over time. just because marquez- may did more ppv than pac-marquez doesn't prove who is the bigger draw today. pac - margarito should be on par with May-Mosley, i think it will do more.

Look you ****ing ******* we as African Americans don't get all excited when we have an athlete that's good at something on the world level we have a great history of world class athletes in many sports boxing, track and field, NBA and NFL as well as MLB so it's no big deal for us we've been doing it for years and will continue to do so.:deal You're not going to see us line up and greet anyone at the airport like Pinoys do for Pac he's they're savior and pretty much all they have and they should rightfully so support him. With that said, all his fans don't translate to PPV success atleast not on PBF's level who's the PPV king. PBF is popular enough appearing on one of the most popular shows on American TV in Dancing With Stars, He's done WWE and commercials as well. Don't get it twisted like the guy isn't well known because he is the numbers don't lie.

PPV is king when it comes to boxing. both of these are huge PPV stars, so split it 50-50 with all the drugs test and get the fight on.

I guarantee if you polled the vast majority of the black community who follows boxing the vast majority would cite Mayweather as their favorite current boxer.

Watch the Mosley vs Mayweather build up in LA fool. Its clear that Floyd has massive support.

Nah...the word "POPULARITY" is NOT neutral. It's like being FAMOUS. If you are speaking of someone in NEGATIVE light you would use the word INFAMOUS....NOT FAMOUS.

Don't kid yourself..:smoke The end all be all is NOT PPV buys to guage popularity kid. And how you DON'T know that baffels me. MORE people DO SUPPORT Manny over Floyd. That's without question. Buying PPV's doesn't necessarily mean anyone is supporting the attraction....B/c most of the folks buying Floyd fights are hoping to see him lose.:rofl And you know that man.

Floyd gets TALKED ABOUT yea.....he gets ragged on, clowned and put out there on BLAST but I don't think that is something to be proud of...nor do I think Floyd actually likes that kind of attention. Jsut look how unraveled he has become. He's acted completely out of character even for "MONEY". And he's gotten to a point where he's sadi things and done things that not only kills his repuation and character but also puts him at risk of losing his freedom. It's not always a good thing to be in the spot light.

PAC gets A LOT more POSITIVE Press by the media outlets and boxing insiders where Floyd gets a lot of negative THREADS made up about him on message boards. I somehow think Floyd would much rather be in PAC's shoes.

I hope you are playing "DUMB" and not really the case for you kid. We are not talking about MINOR celebs and "Mom and Pop Shop" endorsements. When you are at this level the BIG sponsor are seeking YOU out....not the other way around. And if you think Manny signed a deal with NIKE for $75K and that's all you are not Playing "DUMB"....you are beyond dumb!

There's nothing wrong with that, Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali made a living out of being hated.

Somebody has to be the bad guy, and even though I love both Pac and Floyd I think it takes more guts to be the the villain than to be the hero

    my point exactly

theres SOOO many MMA guys that hate mayweather for the stuff he said about MMA and instantly became a pac fan because pac is the only guy that got a legit chance of dropping mayweather

and theres the other mayweather haters that became an instant fan of pac because alot of people think mayweather is a cocky SOB
