thought, especially for that money.

I agree that its an inconvenience of being tested - but Pacs still
refusing to go along with something that every other fighter in
his division would be happy to comply with.

I hope Mayweather keeps the March 13 slot and fights Bradley

Like I said, that's the way it is because so many have cheated and continue to cheat, and many get away with it for long periods of time.
