Pac's refexs are not the same his normal move to get away from the punch that knocked him down he didn't do. He would usually spin away he went straight back and dropped his hand. The punch the knocked him out was what he thought was going to be a hook so he jumped inside the hook to deliver his own straight left but was met with a straight right.
