Correction then, "We" may not know that, but scientist and those with the credibility to state definitively believe that. Which allows for most rational people to believe that.

You mean demand right, not concession?

What demand that Manny made was so over the top? The over weight penalty? Was it really that crazy to not want Floyd to go over 147... the guy's not supposed to go over 147 right? What's it matter then anyways?

I was once an equal fan of both but now in my book they are both cowards, so if the fight doesn't happen fukk em both

God knows what the **** your job is, but maybe your employer might consider making you aware that it depends what you are testing for which tests are more effective?

Do you have some examples of scientists that believe this?

Even if they didnt have that policy in place if they asked me to take a drug test in order to work with them and make nice pay. I am not going to refuse because if i didnt want to work there i would have never filled out the application to work with them. I also have nothing to hide so i would be like whatever lets take the test and get them checks rolling in.

Really, so they just take the blood for GP (General purpose) just to have some in case they need it for something later? I know they just take the blood to deter third world athletes from wanting to take the tests because of mythology, legend, and witchcraft, or they are purposely trying to weaken just the third world athletes...that seems logical great point dude.

They use the blood as a general screener, like blips on a radar. If they get a flag they send in the accurate testing crew which is... drum roll please: URINE!!!!

if Pac is willing for his urine to be tested all the way to fight day and you agree that EPO and steroids are detected in urine, is blood testing even nescessary to check for these PED.

Pac agreed for blood test right after his fight, that would catch if he used HGH in the past 14 days with the marker approach test.

The logic is flawed. In your analogy the cops pull the driver over. Not another driver. The cops would be the boxing commission.

Just say for example you were swerving on the road for whatever reason and the dominoes pizza man with the blinged out Ipod pulled you over and asked you to take a breath test. I would tell him to go **** himself wouldn't you ???

That was my thought but I was going to let it ride. As long as the fight isn't in the US there isn't any governing body to fine them. Period. Kind of betrays the OP's bias on the whole situation I think. Looking for something where there is nothing.

OP. I guess in a court of law you get to 'vote' on whether something is fact or not, but in the absence of ANY PROOF AT ALL, WTF? It has been pointed out many times that the hair/follicle test is the best method of testing and would tell you if someone has used in the past 6 months. Why does Floyd insist on second best? Because of the needle issue? This is getting pretty disgusting. Did Pac ever refuse the first best method of testing? Not to my knowledge. Just having blood drawn too close to fight time. And guess what? The Nevada commission backed Pac on this one.
