    Name the fighter who

claimed to be skinny but always re hydrated to a welter weight

could not cut off the ring

could never deal with a educated jab

could not avoid a straight right if you put a gun to his head

has a big question mark in regards to PED's

is the king of catch weights

is the king of carefully managed match making against shell shocked opponents who just got their shid caved in their previous fight

rides Mayweather's coattails of "is scared of me " as a marketing ploy

has multiple KO losses, one against a shop worn fly weight with no pop at welter

has the boxing IQ of a house mouse and cannot adapt

has a Rabbies fan base with no other boxing interest than Pacy....

Arum/Roach would never let the One trick pony near a prime Chavez at 140, never ever but would happily face the Kosta version

Floyd Mayweather will beat Pacy at ANY weight class at ANY time in their respective career, FACT, and if the one from a couple of weekends shows up he is going to be shut out 12-0 for a re match he never deserves.

Floyd is better, but his achievements don't match up imo.

Floyd was SFW, LW, WW and LMW champ.
Pac was Flw, FW, SFW, LWW and WW champ.

Pac has a better resume but Floyd has the better skills.

Out of those who's prime were within the last 30 years only Whitaker, Jones and Mayweather sit higher on my ATG list.

    All encompassing he's number 21.

And I've just decided I am classing him the best ever LWW champ.

Seems to me that he had a pretty good career for such a ****py fighter.

It's very annoying that when people consider Pacquiao in H2H matchups, they turn to the WELTERWEIGHT version of him. That's ridiculous.

Pac was at his very best at 130 and 135. He started to give up an echelon in workrate, athleticism, power and strength at welterweight, even though he looked dominant there.

Pac is one of the very best of all time, possibly top 10.
Pac would get beaten by a host of welterweights in history, but guess what? H2H matchups when considering prime, would mean he shouldn't be judged in welterweight matchups at all.

His absolute peak is the performances against Diaz, Hoya, Hatton and Cotto.

LOL, the very best of all time, save the jockriding to the General......he got comprehensively out boxed by a shop worn semi shot Morales in fight number one.....at his so called "very best" weight class. The same "very best " who got his opponent down THREE fugin times in the first and goes on losing pretty much every round after for a draw...........him and Sonny "Two quit " Liston are the most hysterically over rated fighters over the last half century.

Diaz is B level at best.....Hoya was a shell of a shell of himself at 147 he had not fought in almost a decade.......Hatton Mojo was done after Mayweather finished him off.....Cotto is decent but was weight drained on purpose and previously took a career beating against the Mex cheater and barely scrubbed by the extremely limited African......all that plus he was afraid of needles so he could not do any serious drug testing...where there is smoke there is fire and that guy got a PED history , no doubt.

Let me answer it to you this way....what fighter did Pac defeat who came off a career winning performance at his optimum weight, full of confidence, young and hungry , possible undefeated ?

The closest thing he faced to that was FMJ and he barely won two rounds.....

That doesn't answer it at all.

What do you think his 4 best performances are?

Pac and Floyd were established welters who didn't drain to make weight. That's the same size in my book. You don't go around discounting guys like Hearns and Wlad because of their body type.

You have to look at Floyd's am results to match his age to Pac.

Floyd was a straw at 16 and feather at 19.

Pac was a fly at 18 and feather by 23/24.

But Manny did drain more, so it's somewhat of a marginal size difference.
