    2lbs is nothing when you are carrying fat.

    30lbs of nothing when you are burning 10-15lbs of fat off then cutting 15lbs of water weight prior to weigh in to make weight.

    so you think pac carries 10-15 of fat. but 10-15lbs of fat is 6-9% body fat. i thought you said, pac has 3-5% body fat.

    man, you are clearly beyond your league here.

    cutting 15lbs of water, cut 15 pounds of fat? you do realize that you sound so stupid already don't you.

    you go to the gym to burn calories because that is a measure of food energy derived from you consumption.

    calories don't burn fat. read your post. when you exercise, you burn calories or burn fat.

    calories don't burn fat idiot.

    Sadly you have to be nitpicking of what I say to feel like you make a point.



    Do you even know how many calories you need to burn/lose to lose a lb of fat?

    When you burn/LOSE calories you lose fat and muscle.

    I said burn at first because its what most people say, I edited it to say lose because I knew you would try nitpick what I said.
