People need to realise that it is much bigger then just pac taking on mosley for some easy cash.
I have thought about it for a while and its actually a really smart move by bob arum, boxingfan emotions put aside: Bob arum is currently in a war with golden boy as the biggest competitor for the marketshare in Boxingpromotions.
Getting shane this fight does many things for him. He delivers a big blow to golden boy because of of the important faces of the company leaves them, this is a terrible example for other boxers and causes a lot of commotion in there.
He matches him against pacquiao his toppawn, this fight will make money regardless of us hating on it, it wil probably make the most money out of the 3 options, its a relatively easy fight for his man. If pacquiao wins, arum will not give a **** about mosley, unless he can use him for something else otherwise he gets rid of him. If mosley somehow wins he has great rematch possibilities with cotto and margarito.
He doesnt need to pay golden boy, makes them look bad, and increases his money and power.
From a business perspective its a great move, from a boxing perspective I hope he dies soon so that we can get good fights again.

Last time I checked, Pacquiao was a grown man. Why are all of his fans pretending like he is some dumb kid who just does whatever Arum says?

    Shameful

I think he is surrounded by yes-men and leeches, its very well known he is a puppet when it comes to making fights, he himself says I fight whoever my trainer wants thus pawn is logical.

I hope so, it could help so that fights like these will never get made again.

Word. Anyone know how much Mosley-Mora did? Even with a stacked Mexican undercard on independence day i cant imagine it doing more than 200k

LOL If Pacquiao can do 700k+ against Clottey I'm pretty sure he can do better with Mosley.

Some say Floyd is just Ellerbee's puppet. At the end of the day, what difference does it make? They sign the contract and they fight.
