Slugger Shane will not be coming straight at Manny. He simply will NOT be doing that.

I also don't agree that Manny is perfect for Shane. As Pac will not be coming straight ahead.

But there is one fact. Pac and Shane are both offensive fighters but Shane doesn't get hit as much as Pac does. Not in Shane's prime and not even now.

    Don't worry Flexb.

Shane will do what the guy in your avatar couldn't do.

There won't be any quittin on your stool I can assure you of that.

    Now that is funny.

10 years ago.....Shane by brutal murder.

Now....not so sure but if he lands big like he did on Floyd then Pac will take a kip.

Will watch with interest though seeing as it's free over here. Wouldn't pay to see it, obviously.

It's funny, I was so dismissing tony's power after the glove incident, that when he fought Pac, I was impressed again that the dude, even without stone hands -literally- appeared to have more power in his punches. He looked like he was in the same mode when he took down Cotto.
I agree MOsley has power, but with all the factors in, yeah... it's not really enough.
That said I'm glad Shane got this fight, but this fight could get ugly late.

No lose situation. if Shane wins I will be happy as hell. If Manny waxes him for me it will seal the deal of him being one of the greats. Very important fight for the sport. Manny always has to overcome the first 4 rounds with the true WW's then it's done. Shane has to get him early not any other time.
shane may have overtrained once again.

We could reverse the topic to : Mosley is one day away from being in with the biggest PED-O-FILE he's ever face, but then we'd just be coming to a majority draw.

I thought Margarito punches harder than Mosley. Margarito stopped Cotto and Mosley lost to him. This is not a good matchup for Mosley at this point just because Pacman is faster. We saw what happens when a guy is faster than Mosley. Mayweather won easily. The key for Mosley is bodypunches. For a guy slower the bodypunches will not miss, then when Pacman gets tired after consistent body punches, Mosley can start landing head punches when Manny is on the ropes. On the ropes is the key also. Mosley has to get Manny to the ropes. .. If he sticks to that gameplan it will work, and he has to take chances and take some punches from Pacman, which is tough since Manny lands so clean. Manny's punches seem to do the same thing my favorite fighter Thomas Hearns punches did to people. Manny and Tommy had such sharp punches after a few rounds their opponents are all swelled up.
