this is one of the most stupid things i have read pac is popular because he is an exciting fighter with speed an power an moved up the weight divisions but this is why the guy who started this thread made one asking people to convince Me That Boxing Is Better Than MMA so what do you expect maybe you should leave boxing alone an go back to mma if you think Pacquiao is popular because he's Asian and undersized

    :patsch

I'm black myself and I'd say that that's true for him as well, particularly with the black community. But I live in a trailer park and I ain't done no book learning and stuff.

There are a lot of boxers with exciting styles. Pacquiao is different because Asians don't normally excel at this level in that weight class.

Maybe for you, but you just show that you're a racist. That's not true for me. That's not true for people I know.

Speak for yourself. Don't speak for other people. You ain't the spokesperson for me.

You're just some ***** that didn't have to do **** and got their college paid for and probably don't even have a job.

    That's ***** in my book.

Like bball...one of them bballs I'm not sure which.

Now, I see, he's one of those MMA homosexuals likin two dudes bangin.

    That **** is gay.

Look, Pacquaio came to knock a mother ****er out. Sometimes you get knocked out. THat's the dice game.

Mother ****in Marquez was on steriods anyway. Mother ****in Marquez is a damn cheater.

But at the end of the day, Pacquaio walked into a punch and hit the floor.

If he don't fight again, that's on him.

I like Pacquaio. Mother ****er can fight. He's a soldier.

You're making boxing fans sound like primitive neanderthals with that kind of rhetoric. 'That's gay, eeeewwwww' Such infantile remarks have no place in the 21st century. I respect what both boxers and MMA fighters do in general.

There's good reason to believe Pacquiao is on that A-Side Meth :)D). So, in my book, it's a wash.

    What you talkin about neanderthal.

Let me ask you this? Is a grown man bangin another grown man homosexual?

    That's your answer.

That's why that **** is gay.

You see, that's some doublespeak mind **** **** you're tryin to put out there.

You see, you're saying..."when did two dudes ****in become gay? That ain't gay?"

    That's gay as ****.

To "excel" in a sport like this creates notoriety. Being Asian only makes him marketable to the Asian demographic. His cross over appeal has to do with the level at which he excelled. When someone makes history, it's expected that there will be a lot of attention associated with it.

Whatever "good reason" you have to suspect Manny of being on that mythical drug or PEDs would mean there's good reason to suspect any pro athlete or Olympic athlete of doping.

    Fair enough.

You do have to acknowledge that the man did come from Flyweight and knocked heads up to welter

What if I told you I was Pac's A-Side Meth supplier. :hey

That might have a little to do with his fame, sure.

ummm yeah.... i don't think his ethnicity has anything to do with anything.

*He started to make his name when he started to beat the mexican ATG's - Barrera, Morales, Marquez, and got the name Mexecutioner...

*He garnishes fans with his endearing and respectful personality

*His offensive style is rather pleasing to watch for an action sports, albeit flawed
