Of course it does. Makes him unique. The sport is over-saturated with talented and aggressive black/Mexican fighters. Americans have a weird fascination with Asian culture, myself included. So I understand the appeal to an extent.

ye i get your point there but what you said about Pacquiao been only popular because he's Asian and undersized is stupid he is popular for many reasons an his race an size has nothing to do with it.the way he puts everything on the line in the ring just like in the marquez fight is one reason an i bet that fight alone even made some people who didnt like him before into fans.

cute pic of Rousey w/ the Bronze medal....

well, imo its half applicable. His popular rise came before this new asian movement, which would have attributed to his popularity just within the past couple years only...

A lot of boxing fans, and people in general, are part neanderthal. You're making boxing fans sound like primitive australopithecines with that kind of rhetoric.

"Exposed"? That sounds so negative. It doesn't really frame this topic properly given everyone knew Pac man's style was one that placed him in risky situations becuase he is so busy in the ring. Fact is, anytime you throw a punch, you are open to a counter....the more you throw, the more opportunities present themselves for your opponent to "exploit".

Exposed vs. Exploited. To expose would mean we learned something new about Manny but in actuality Juan merely exploited one of the liabilities Manny is known to have based on his style of fighting.
