    Pacquiao wants to help his people specially the poor. He tried in 2007 but lost in the election.

    This time his victory in the recent election is so sweet even sweeter than his biggest victories in boxing. Yeah Pacquiao deserves your sincere congratulations.

    Nah bro don't take it the wrong way.
    Pac's pride for his people is defo great & deserves all his attention.

    What I'm saying is, Why now?
    He has the rest of his life to be a leader & only like a year left in his "Prime"
    I'm looking at it from a selfish boxing fan's POV.

    Naah maybe the same risks. Pacquiao is well loved by his people. Even the rebels love him. They stop fighting the war just to watch him fight. LOL :rofl

    That's the subject of this thread Bro, Congressman Pacquiao is ready for one last professional boxing fight and then will retire from boxing for good.

    He's ready to retire. He has done so much to boxing with all his exciting fights. He's in professional boxing for 15 years and box a total of 56 fights. I think he deserves his retirement.

    His mum also allowed him to box only one more fight.

    i actually asked my wife about this one the other night when i called her because i was so disappointed that his election might put an early stop to his boxing career and Pac/May might never happen.She said the rebels don't have TVs.So they don't really care either way when he fights.
    "They live in the jungles!how in the hell are they going to watch him fight?"
    actual quote. But i'm still going to tell people the country stops whatever the **** it's doing to watch him fight.

    Maybe it's just the whole Philippine army stop fighting when Pacquiao fights so in effect there's no more encounters with the rebels. :D
