I don't think he's juiced now. Not since he's been called out on it, but I do believe he was juiced during the sit down with Floyd in 2009.

Through all the "hoopla" Floyd Mayweather and Golden Boy Promotions sent Pacquiao through, demanding blood from the Filipino star, it didn't shy him away from a regulated test.

The much anticipated results of Manny Pacquiao’s urinalysis, done Dec. 30 as required by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, are in.

He's clean.

“The tests came back to us last Monday and it’s no surprise to us that they’re negative,” said Pacquiao's adviser, Mike Koncz.

It was reported that when Manny Pacquiao was in the press conference and he heard his results, he was not shocked at all. Koncz said that “he always knew he was clean and that there’s nothing to react to.”

The recommended urinalysis was conducted by the NSAC because it was said to be apart of the commissions requirements for boxers' annual license.

But Koncz believed it had something to do with Floyd Mayweather's allegations and blood test fiasco.
