I beg to differ, Enzo. Re-evaluate yourself.

Must have hit the VB's a little to hard in the time between matey.

Not the domination of the rematch but a clear robbery nonetheless.

*****s are sui generis. they are a league on their own.

pac on the other hand is clearly the diamond in this generation.

funny, i watched the pac-diaz fight again. and he was mentioning going up to 140, and was shaking his head, no chance at fighting cotto.

arum and the interviewer were laughing, stay away from cotto.

    how times have changed.

and to the one who has now invented, cotto post margo, hatton post pbf.

seriously, you need to take off those hating glasses man.

i was rooting for cotto against pac, but cotto lost, not only to the better fighter, but to the more thinking fighter imo.

Ofcourse, even MAB looked very old when he first met Pac. But continued to dominate the others:yep

How can you leave off JCC for Whitaker or not count 2 wins over Ramirez? You'd also have to think that a close/debatable loss to Hoya in a past-prime state is equal (if not better) than a close win (also debatable) over JMM.

Sweet Pea's still tops. Manny must beat Mayweather/Mosley to overtake him imo.

If you add in Chavez & DLH to Whitakers resume, he goes over Pac IMO.

Unfortunately though, we cant just go changing the record books. If that was the case these rankings would be very different. Would SRL be veiwed as greatly if he didnt have than Win over Hagler? Still one of the greatest but a W ver Hagler greatly enhances his resume.

I wouldn't say he's greater than Whitaker but he definitely rates up there.

    Why not?

Do you believe everything you read? It just shows ignorance and a lack of willingness to research the sport by not looking into such fights and making up your own mind.

The De la Hoya fight is debatable...I dont count it as a win, just more a gauge of the H2H abilities of each fighter. It adds more to that column of Pea's achievements then his overall resume.

The Chavez fight is not debatable...It is a win on Pea's record. Anyone who has seen the fight can not dispute this.
