Very true , what happends when the floyd fight falls through , Manny goes after the best available 147 fighter for March . Floyd on the other hand goes for Matthew Hatton , or 140 Paulie. This shows which way both careers.

Pac might not be the toughest when it comes to blood testing but in the ring noone is better than him.
You need to learn how to read. He never refused to get blood tested. He just wil not accept to be tested whenever Floyd wants. He doesnt need to. BTW, I think Floyd could win that fight, he just doesn't have the balls to do it.
