But Pacquiao has always been washed up. He was pre-washed up when he was ko'd by an old washed up Singsurat. He was washed up when he was outboxed by a truly washed up Morales. He was washed up when he was outboxed by Marquez in '04. He was never a highly skilled fighter at all,so more than being washed up,he is a "never was that good" brawler who struggles against all smart, technical boxers. Feed him 2 bit brawlers or old men,but keep him away from highly skilled fighters in their prime and even highly skilled fighters approaching 40.They will make him look awkward.
Barrera was already old!!! Morales beat Manny the first time and he too was already old!!! Cotto was absolutely damaged already, and is still trying to recover. Not to mention his skill level, but,he was embarrasingly outboxed by a cripple Yuri Foreman. He is and was,far less skilled than people make him out to be.(Good Mosely win though, better than Manny's win)
No it's "lunchmoneypunch",which you should be familiar with from your school days. Your avi is familiar with it,Sigsurat lay'd dat ass down.He should've gave up the money!
Has anyone considered Pacquiao had an off night against someone who has great skill and even greater heart?.What if he comes back and destroys Bradley or Khan in 2 rounds like he did to Hatton.Everythings back to normal except most people would make him a favorite against Mayweather.
Im not even a Pac fan and ill stick up for him here. Pac isnt washed up at all, he just didnt let his hands go in the JMM fight - and when he did, he simply didnt connect. He needs to go back to not giving a ****. He is under a lot of pressure thesedays, I wouldnt write him off, he is far too talented and JMM is a very smart fighter.
If Pac was always washed up, I wonder how much better his resume would be if if he learned a little boxing? This content is protected His resume has pretty good statistics, but he did not get them by being a boxer. I think the opposite is what has worked well for Manny. The less he boxes, the least chaces for his opponents who, for the most part, try to read his movements. He has to go back to his wild days in order to compete with either Floyd or Marquez.
