Pacquiao has been on the slide for awhile now, but far from shot. I think he was at the height of his prime from Marquez II through Ricky Hatton. He has lost a bit of speed because of being at WW for a few years now.

Good post. I just have to comment on the last three FOTD. Leonard, Roy Jones and Pacquiao were all freak athletes who were each accused of using PEDs in their careers. Mayweather accused Pac, Hearns accused Leonard, and we all know Jones was actually caught. I don't know how people can accuse Pac and ignore Leonard and Jones.

Manny got out boxed and out skilled but was never going to get KTFO. The worse case scenario would be getting KTFO or stopped.

The fact of the matter is that,if Pacquiao fights tailor made fighters, then he is greater than Ali.

If he fights good boxers,he looks like ****.

If he fights a "master class" boxer, well, then prepare for a one sided affair.

Pacquiao is "entertaining",but he is not educational. He has never "schooled" anybody, and he never will.

I like Pacquiao. He is a destitute man's Rocky Marciano. But he's not good enough to combat excellent boxers.I wish he was, that way I would have fear and butterflies about the fight(which feels good and let's you know you're "really alive, but I've seen to much of him to not understand (and respect) what he's made of.No butterflies for May/Pac.It'll be a wash. Now only if Bob would give us what we want.).
