Manny isn't a warrior anymore. Fighters show you who they are when they need to take punches in order to win. The other possibility is Manny's stamina was not enough to press it. But he had plenty early. After round one ended I felt he was in trouble. Manny's only good round was the 4th. That's it. He should have went after Mayweather hard in round five, but he didn't, and lost all momentum. I scored it 8-3-1 for Mayweather.

This fight badly damaged boxing. And Pacquaio's excuses and statement that he felt he won the fight gave the event a second black eye. The bad guy won clearly.

He just didn't have the tools to trouble Mayweather

    Hes still a warrior

Is Provodnikov not a warrior because Algieri outboxed him?

And a Wlad fan talking about warriors ha ha

He was reluctant to engage or start his offense after eating two clean right hands in the first round. It was painfully obvious.

Wlad will fight anyone and is never scared to throw punches. Manny didn't want to get hit, and didn't press it or throw enough punches to win, period!

Yep. Those counter rights too the fight out of him. This was not Rocky Marciano or Roberto Duran.

    Are you serious?
His whole gameplan is to throw as few punches possible so that he wouldnt let himself be open or get countered.

pac stepped off the gas in the fourth. not even gasse/tired, not even hurt of course. floyd was in no position to counter.

it was puzzling to say the least. i thought him getting drained blood constantly affected his stamina in training and he might feel floyd was juiced to the gills and just playing rope a dope.

i thought pac didnt wan to punch himself out.

turned out he reinjured his shoulder.

i was expecting a vintage pac after round 4, but stll felt he did enough and win all the exchanges and landed the harder punches.

you only castigate pac but fail to consider floyd's poor performance when he has all the advantages. it takes two to make a fight. floyd sensed pac not using his injured right arm and was just content hitting it and scoring for points when he promised a ko.

A fighter getting outclassed is something like Mayweather vs Guerrero or Mayweather vs Maidana II to quickly mention two. Pacquiao was more in this fight than he's given credit for. He was throwing the more telling blows and countered Mayweather with the right hook many times as Mayweather initiate an attack(jab to the body or right hand). I highly recommend watching this fight again and judging fairly.
