I love Pac too. But I dont think he is Duran level. If he could have beaten Marquez and Morales in their first fights he'd have a much stronger case.

 

Same applies to Fury

 

His retirement is too fresh.

I honestly rate pac top 10, most won't agree, but I think highly of him.

Pacquiao isn't even the greatest of his own time (Mayweather ranks above) so he can't be the greatest of all time.

If you excluded all of Pac's losses then maybe he has a case.

It's not just accomplishments,it's who you fight and beat

Ray Leonard is many times better than everyone who manny beat and lost to including Floyd. Duran beating him over 15 rounds in Montreal in one of the greatest wins in history and unprecedented at the time

Duran also owns a division and is the clear lw goat, certainly in the television era

Sure pac held titles for more decades, but he wasn't the main man at 147 when he beat Thurman, was he?

Duran might not have held titles in more decades, but he had more longevity and more fights

Though I accept that some stats back Manny, I can't also ignore the fact that Roberto breaks him in bits and makes his fights with marquez, margarito, etc look like happy memories

 

He clearly was not Duran level who is the best there ever was .
