    great post :good

but catchweights were done before, it's not like pac was the one who started it. the same thing cannot be can be said with this blood testing demand.

I don't think that the blood test would have any major effect on Pac either, but he has every right to take this stance.

For the record, the last interview I saw with Freddie Roach, all he said was that HE refused (not Pac) because Floyd shouldn't be allowed to change the rules of boxing to suit himself. I agree with that position much more that the position that it would drain Pac.

But either way, Floyd is the one making the demands.

The rules of boxing allow you to contract for whatever u want to so long as its not prohibited; this includes random blood testing.

    Try harder next time.:good

    So?

Floyd needs this fight more than Manny because Manny has taken his P4P crown, so he accepted. Manny's team refused to let Floyd dictate terms so he refused.

If Floyd had refused the "10 million" clause, then I would be blaming Manny. Floyd accepted so Manny's demands are not stopping the fight. Manny refused so Floyd's are.

I'll say it yet again so you don't all think I'm just a *******---
if this fight happens, Floyd will win. 110% abso-fricking-lutely guaranteed.

Yes he has the right to take this stance but that doesn't make it valid which is the problem a lot of people have with it.

Roach did at one point refuse to allow his fighter to give blood for testing but since then he has given interviews and stated he would be willing to submit blood tests as long as they weren't within 5 days of the fight. Now Arum has released a statement saying they only want scheduled tests with a 30 day cut off.

I'd also like to add that Arum was aware of the testing demands by Mayweather when he flew to the Philippines to discuss the fight with Pac and he made a point of saying how reasonable Mayweather had been. then earlier this week he gave an interview saying it was a disgrace that Mayweather had even asked Pac to take any blood tests.

These details are what are confusing me about Team Pac's whole stance on the issue.

AHEM... It doesn't mattr how often they happen, the point is, what Floyd is asking for is allowed but not required by the rules, just lik catchweights are allowed but not required.

    TRY HARDER NEXT TIME!:good:good:good:good

    Nice duck by Pacquiao.

As far as I am concerned, he is admitting guilt. I will not watch another Pacquiao fight ever again if it is on PPV. This Pacquiao fan will not be his fan any longer. Pure ***** move.

Only the hardcore Floyd Mayweather Jr. haters can excuse Pacquiao for this, seriously.

Pacman is now going to be called Duckman.

    Not of all time.

But easily of recent times, and certainly of all of Pacs career.
