    hmm says...
    it may not be impressive to most of you because it's just sparring.. True! but you have to realize that the article was to give an idea of his workrate. He downed a fighter who came in FRESH after going 7 rounds already. Rodela is naturally bigger than him, even though he is considered a super featherweight (his record has him fighting as a WW), and has a somewhat forward pressuring style... These mates don't just serve as punching bags cause hell I'ld like try my luck for $1g.

    I really doubt Pacman is at 6.75% BF, but it sounds like Pacquiao could rehydrate to 150-151 lbs comfortably on fight night, not giving much of a size advantage to Hatton if he comes at his usual 154.
