i was just thinking wouldnt pac have to take the blood test anyway to prove his case because his complaint is that mayweather has nothing to back up his claims but wouldnt he have to have the blood test to have the back up for his innocense?
You can only prove clean by staying clean before ,until and after the fight, and see what you do in the fight itself.
yea i think thats why every one has been so quiet because they know that they have put they self in a corner....he wont win tho
If Pac agreed to the terms and fought Money....he'd have a pretty much a slam dunk case ....absent a Victor Conte type witness
i dont see what pacs got against drug tests until 14 days before the fight you cant use the excuse that it will drain ye for the fight thats plenty time i just wish it could be sorted out
Personal opinion :deal That **** won't hold up in a defamation suit. It's just a waste of time really.
a defamation suit in Las Vegas? Pac's got this city by the balls. If they throw it out the court, siyanara $ and the big bucks in Las Vegas. Pac will take his show elsewhere. Damn right he's got a case and there's more players involved.
Your joking right Mayweathers have been ripping Pac a new arsehole on-line, totally slandering him with the talk of steroids etc, his lawyer just needs to provide video evidence of them saying it. Pac dont have to have a blood test to prove he is clean, its up to them to prove he aint:tong
Dont talk ****. Its like someone going on tv and saying something like "that silent assasin has got to be a paedo, cause he is hung like a mouse" would you have a case? damn right.
dont think so - I am not law expert but i think all he has to do is prove that the statements were false (and the people who made them knew they were false) and that they hurt his reputation or ability to earn money.
No. The burden of proof is on Mayweather to prove that they had evidence when they made the statement. Pac could fail a drug test now and it would not count.
If they do make him give blood, they won't make him take it the day before a major fight. That would be the difference. I'm sure he'd be more than happy to give them a blood sample; just not in the middle of a training session, or hours before the biggest fight of his career.
