What a complete idiot you are.

Until you get yourself a legal education, you should shut the **** up acting like you know the answers.

Pac, as the plaintiff, has to prove that the statement was false. Period.

Wrong again Hermit... as usual, whenever you talk about something Bob Arum-related....:patsch

The plaintiff has the burden of proving that (1) the statement was false, (2) the defendant knew the statement was false, (3) that there was damage suffered, and (4) the false statement were the cause of the damage.

Under this set of rules I can accuse you of wife beating because you cannot prove it did not happen then, right? A negative cannot be proven because there is no evidence. That opens the door for the most malicious type of campaign imaginable.

Let's see. Who to believe. The lawyers that filed the suit or the law student?

Here's why lots defamation cases are filed in England...".A defamatory statement is presumed to be false unless the defendant can prove its truth. Furthermore, to collect compensatory damages, a public official or public figure must prove actual malice (knowing falsity or reckless disregard for the truth)." wiki

In America the first element's burden of proving the the falsity of the statement is on the plaintiff.....however the burden is not beyond a reasonable doubt like in criminal trials....it's "preponderance of the evidence" --more likely than not that the statement was false.....

Void fans are proving Pac's point.

By the way, when is Roger's trail for beating up a woman?

    What's so hard about that???

If he is taking PEDS, he can stop taking it until it clears his body then take the blood test.

Pac has nothing to prove. Void needs to prove that he has balls.

Did the people named in the suit only say things like "Pac is going to take PEDs in the future?"

It shows what kind of case it is when you sue multi-millionaires for $75K.

The only way he could have smashed them was to test and come out clean. With all of the waffling Manny has done there is more than enough reasonable doubt for the people named in his lawsuit to make the comments they made. After doing so, his actions all but validated their statements.

So? You are saying no one can prove they are clean then. Mayroid must be dirty by those standards then. :yep

One last time for those that don't understand. In the US you are INNOCENT until proven guilty.

Exactly. I am not proclaiming that Mayweather never juiced. Maybe he did. Maybe he didn't. Up to this point him AND Pac have been proven clean.

However having said all of that, the proposed testing would be for BOTH fighters. Meaning regardless of the past both guys would be doing Olympic style testing for this fight. So the past is irrelevant.

Analyzing what one guy did versus the other with faced with more stringent testing you EASILY see who is most likely cheating. An athlete is only as good as his last test. Pac is INNOCENT, but he is acting damned guilty. My PERSONAL opinion is that he is a cheat. The only way to be sure is to do the tests and fight.

Why do you *******s keep thinking that FMJ supporters are blind sheep like yourselves?
