if pac wont take blood testing days before the fight for pbf then there is no way he will do it for Malinaggi. And if Malinaggi is willing to overlook it just to make the fight happen then he is the biggest hypocrite in the world.

Just a negotiating ploy. Pacquiao would make $40 million or so against Mayweather and it would do wonders for his legacy if he wins. Sure, he's so against this type of drug testing that he's going to fight Malignaggi instead. Give it a few days, it'll be just like those other Pacquiao fights that were "off" at one point.
