Margarito looked stumped there for a while. Almost like he believed Roach and couldn't say anything in return. Margarito is done, mentally and possibly physically.

Again, I stand by this statement, of course I will watch the fight but once again Manny isn't taking the toughest test possible, just a good one that's winnable against someone with a name.

The fight I wanted most was FMJ-Pac as I believe FMJ is the only one who would beat Pac right now but I really dont see that happening & Pac, Roach & the pacfucs think they are it right now so it would be nice to see them fall flat on their faces vs a specially choosen opponent.

Ps. Nobody knows the truth about the plaster so Im not gonna root for a fighter I dislike in Pacquiao based on something which might or might not be true.

    :good

If that comment by Roach doesn't get Margarito motivated, i don't know what will? Keep them coming Roach thats all you need is a more motivated Margarito.

You actually think Mayweather looked ordinary in all those 4 fights ?

You`ve got some pretty high standards I must say.

Bottom line is I hope to God Tony smashes the Pinoy to bits, if he doesn't he doesn't but know that this American will be an honorary Mexican for this night. They are poking at and disrespecting the wrong cat, and I sincerely hope Tony shuts these bitches up. I also think it would be amusing to see the Pac tards come in and try to "explain or justify" this loss. That being said, I think Manny is the better fighter but Freddie has made me hope that Pac gets his ****ing ass beat.

To be honest, Floyd has lost half a step. His reflexes aren't what they once were and his handspeed is slightly declining. Now it's not a wide margin of difference but it's natural at his age. With this trial that's gonna obviously happen it will be at least a year, at least, before he climbs back in the ring and if found guilty (strong possibility, juries like to hang the accused when kids are involved), he will never fight again. Slowly but surely people in boxing circles need to flush him out of our conversations.

Yeah well if you are cheering against Manny in this particular match-up, hope for the best but expect the worst.

Hardcore fans will be watching this. You don't see a JR MIDDLE going to war with a LIGHTWEIGHT that often. And both of these guys are warriors. It will be a good fight for the casual fan. Great little man vs. good big man. It would be foolish to think Margarito is going down like Hatton it took 9 rounds of bombs after unending bombs from one of boxing's biggest punchers to topple Margarito. A stoppage by Pacman isn't out of the question, but if you really think about it Roach's assuption of a 7-8th round stoppage isn't farfetched. I don't see how he was offending Margarito. Sure, Mosley took him out, but Margarito did well against Garcia. How on earth is he offending him there? Of course, he's suggesting he sees weaknesses, even if he was victorious against Garcia, but this is boxing and Roach is blunt, but not offensive like the Mayweather's are. There ain't no bad blood it's just competition.

Nothing wrong with confidence in your own fighter. I've yet to hear a trainer/boxer say "we fought him because we thought he would beat us."

Roach said the same thing about DLH, yet DLh was a huge fave going into the fight.
