That punch right there is what got poochiao thinking he needs to finish him off. Had he never landed that, he might have let the round finish instead of jumping in with his face into a He-Man punch
I cant believe FMJ said they need an outdoor stadium because the MGM Grand is not good enough; or that his mystery cut would take six months to heal; or that there wasn't enough time to promote the fight. Nobody knows Mayweather or Pacquiao. Shame on Floyd. Those are the worst ducking excuses in history. FMJ is a ducker.
This content is protected His constant recycling of this feint/lazy jab/ straight left is why Juan timed him so well.
didn't do a great job there :smoke , but ur right, Marquez knows Pacquiao pretty well. It's easier said then done tho to time a guy who coming in real fast and behind a feint like that. But Marquez has a lot of experience fighting Pacquiao.
That's simply because Pac is always moving to JMM's right. Pac would always look like that whenever he moves to JMM's right side, otherwise, he'd be able to eat alot of JMM's right punches. JMM doesn't need to counter Pac in that position. All he needed was to let Pac plant his feet on JMM's right side and JMM can directly initiate to throw his right hand on him. That's why Pac throws his punches before he can even plant his feet near to JMM (which is also a wrong gameplan). There's no other type of punches Pac can throw to JMM other than his 1-2 in that position. If you were Pac, what type of punches could you have used to JMM in that position? :think Again, Pac moving to JMM's right side is already all wrong imo.
Sometimes it's wrong, but as you can see here: This content is protected Pacquiao is to JMM's right and he counters his right hand. Pacquiao often baits the right in.
You cant really apply Pac to the conventional boxing textbook because his style is so unorthodox. He should have mixed up his attack more when in that position. He could have landed the left after the feint or hooked to the body. He got caught while engaging in the same combination in between the lazy jab. He does this in every fight, it was only a matter of time before someone timed him.
Nice to see PAC actually had moments in this fight and both where competitive toe to toe, each round had good moments for both, I'd say marquez still landed the more hard counters, then what pac landed but its nice that this time team PAC actually has some nice GIFS to show.. Unlike last time in Pt.3 where all PAC could land was grazing shots, that **** was such a schooling. This time Marquez decided not to school PAC, and so did PAC try to open up more both took chances, so it fell to who would in be in the wrong position first, and that of course is the more intelligent fighter, MARQUEZ,
So true. So understated too. He's a boxing genius. Loved it when he had a hard time dealing with Pac's head movement, he'd throw hooks to the body. Then he'd freeze Pac by faking a body shot and quickly shoot upstairs. Beautiful. Just finished watching JMM-Katsidis. It's kinda pointless to hurt or knock down Marquez, he'll just come back stronger.
Since Pacquaio is a fraud and a talentless fighte3r according to ESB, there really is nothing of significance in this fight. JMM beat a nobody so he deserves no credit.
:nut He decided NOT to school Pac? And why's that? Was his gameplan to have his nose broken and lose rounds? Give Pac a little credit, he did a good job , OUT-boxed Marquez at times, and seemed to get the better of him much of the fight. The KO was a brilliant, perfectly timed shot and the stars aligned at that moment, but lets not kid ourselves like Marquez had that planned all along. Even he was surprised by the knockout. It was a great fight, both guys had there moments and put on a great show. It'll go down as a classic.
pt 3 school PAC, Pt. 4 go toe to toe and put him night night time did you count how many times that landed and how many hard ass counters marquez landed? **** was insane, how about the crazy ass body shots he was hitting PAC with, this time Marquez was not schooling PAC and they both said they were going in for the KO, it was planned and marquez planned this same punch in training.. it was what they trained for what is so hard to understand you ******* scum... both where is there to hurt each other which is why both caught each other more then usual. look at the stars aligning in rd 5 and people ask how marquez survived the fifth LMAO a lil blood coming out and now Marquez is in tgrouble lol, this gif shows why PAC could never TKO marquez, he becomes a monster when hurt, look at that ****, this time though PAC wasn't lunging in like an idiot with his hands down doubling the impact. but it still hurt him so bad he covers up and ducks lolz This content is protected
