Where did they get the 1.1 number for Pac-Mosley? Not saying it's incorrect but every other report has it at 1.3.

And what is this 1.41 ****? All the other PPV numbers never seem to be 1.x1. They are always 1.x or 1.x5. Sounds like bull**** tbh.

Who cares ... if Floyd and Pac ever do fight.... it obviously needs to be 50/50 ... anyone who says otherwise is a complete idiot.

Why aren't the usual guys who make a great big deal about PPV numbers posting in this thread?

    Why?

I'm guessing Showtime isn't as tried and tested with PPV projections for big PPV fights as HBO. Pac-Mosley is the only big PPV fight Showtime have put on since Tyson-Lewis that I can think of. And I can imagine a little inflation thrown in there to keep Arum interested in keeping Pac on Showtime.

They might have been predicting the same thing as Oscar's career was winding down. Someone else will come along and fans will always tune in for the big fights, no matter how many times they are left dissapointed. At the end of the day, nothing in sports beats a big boxing fight.
