I will rewatch this fight in it's entirety tonight for the first time since last week. I will do my best to score it objectively and I will post my "revised" scorecard after the broadcast. I invite the rest of you to do the same and let me know if your cards changed from the first time.

OK. So I just got done watching again. This time as INTENT AND ATTENTIVE as could possibly be. By myself, no noise, no distractions. And this is a detailed account of what I saw.

Round 1- Pacquiao wins round despite a highlight right hand from Marquez

Round 2- Marquez steals this one late and clearly takes round 2

Round 3- Pac knockdown (2 if Bayless is paying attention) 2 point round

Round 4- Pacquiao wins pretty clearly

Round 5- Pretty clear round for Marquez

Round 6- Marquez best round so far, round Marquez

Round 7- THIS ONE CHANGED on my card. Originally scored it for Pac, changed it to Marquez

Round 8- Clear round for Marquez

Round 9- Pacquiao wins this round. Marquez with some quick bursts and impressive flurries but nothing landing. Pac lands more telling blows.

Round 10- Similar to round 1. Marquez lands one big punch but Pacquiao does enough to win the round clear.

Round 11- Very close round. Pacquiao blocks most of Marquez' more menacing blows, lands enough to edge him out, Pacquiao wins round 11.

Round 12- Marquez finishes the fight strong with an excellent round 12, taking it convincingly.

    TOTALS- Pacquiao 114- Marquez 113

    In closing
VERY CLOSE FIGHT. NOBODY has a right to call this a robbery. Look at it this way...
ALL judges and sensible fight fans had Pacquiao ahead by 3 points after Round 4. That means that for Marquez to win the fight he would need to win 6 of the last 8 rounds to barely edge out Pacquiao by 1 point! Even if he did win 6 of 8 (highly debatable/I was generous in giving 5), there's no way anyone can say that he CLEARLY won the fight.

Major respect to both fighters who put on a great show. Marquez worked his ass off to keep it close and Pac toughed it out and came up big with the KD in the 3rd which proved to be the difference on my "revised" card.

I scored it 115-112 Pacquiao. Round 7 was so difficult to score that I initially had it even 10-10, but decided later to give it to Marquez. Round 11 and 12 were so close that I would be comfortable with giving one of them to Marquez and having the finally tally as 114-113, but Pacquiao won the fight in my eyes as he hurt Marquez more throughout all 12 rounds.

You are what we call a "functioning alcoholic". Knock back a six pack and watch the fight a third time and get back to us!

    I kid. But seriously...
115-112 means that you scored 7 of the last 8 to Marquez. I wouldn't argue with your 114-113 JMM card (though I do disagree) but 115-112???

The right hand won Marquez the first round. I had the exact scores as you had but I had rounds 4 and 11 even which you gave both to Pacquiao

Not a robbery but Marquez deserved it more.
