I didn't said he is more skilled than Pac, but now that you mentioned he could be.

Could really care less about this fight. No need for it to happen. BTW, Pac's a special fighter...Martinez is a real good fighter, nothing more.

I don't have a problem with Team Pac keeping Manny at 147. But here's the thing:

-When P. Williams was calling him out at 147, Team Pac said Paul is too tall
-When Berto was calling Pac out, Arum said Berto has no name value
-When JMM wanted a fight, they said he had to prove himself at 147

It's getting a bit annoying. It's almost like they are trying to justify a rematch with either Cotto or Marg. If Team Pac wants to establish some credit they need to accept a challenge from the winner of Berto-Ortiz.

As for Sergio he should really be targeting the winner of Marg-Cotto. After he destroys either guy he should proceed to unify titles at 160.

154 martinez is too big for pac.....but people want to see floyd fight him because hes not too big for floyd

floyd is the natural welter...and manny is a smaller guy who is rising through the ranks and beating much bigger men

yet when people point out how manny has risen up from lower weights to beat bigger men and might have taken something to do so...they are quick to point how mayweather was fighting around the same weight class as pac when they were 16

its pretty funny....floyd could fight martinez....but hes too big for pac!!!

floyd made jmm come up two weight classes.....but arum has said any 3rd fight with jmm willl have to be at 147...nothing wrong with that tho!

Bob arum is milking pac at this point, Thats why he is in all those inhouse fights and bob arum needs fighters to be free agents before they can have a shot at pac. Arum uses him to gain power and make more money then the other promotional companies. Im pretty sure that when pac starts to decline badly arum will cash out and put him in big fights that are very risky at that point but will make money.

Pac beat Margo. Sergio lost to that guy.

Sometimes, it takes a lot to admit when and what your weight limit is. I think Pacquiao felt the power of a 154 division and didn't want none of that again.

Maybe Mayweather will man up and fight Maravilla. He's got a good 2 inches on Pacquiao.

He "felt the power" from a guy who campaigned at 147, was busted for loaded his gloves, was off for a year, and not even allowed to be a full 154?

WTF kind of ******* dumbness is this?

Its not like Martinez started out at Mw... He barely moved up a couple fights ago and is 36 yrs old and has filled out to as big as he will get (naturally)... Martinez started out at welter fought most of his career at JM. Pac and May are big money fights nothing wrong with calling them out.. All the great Mw of recent yrs have fought smaller guys coming up Monzon,Hagler,,Hopkis (< all career Mw unlike Martinez)

That being said same with Pac, I dont down him for not wanting to fight with Martinez. He knows his limits. The divisions hes moved up and conquered are accomplishments that even great fighters from the past can only dream of doing.
