floyd would luv this fight now esp that pac aint as fast as he once was. floyd did the same thing with mosley and cotto. he waits until they show signs of slowing down and then he faces them.

These guys are past their primes and may be too old to give us what we should have seen a few years ago. An epic fight and an epic promotional build-up.
    Arum blew it.

They had their chance to make history... they badly ****ed it up... nobody is interested in a past its date fight that will have nothing but `past prime` excuses afterwards.

Besides... it`ll likely end in another schoolgirl drama show & no fight were the only losers are the fans - again.

    **** them.

If it happens Pacquiao is going to take a much worse beating than he would have 3 years ago.

That showed that Floyd wanted to fight Manny! He offered him 40 million more than he has ever made to fight without Arum in the business. If Manny wanted to fight Floyd and make a **** load of money all he had to do was say yes to the 40 million or say yes and comeback with a counter offer of 50 or 55 mill or something. Manny said No flatout because he wanted no parts of fighting Floyd.

Floyd is a great fighter no doubt, but you cannot use Floyd's name next to the word "beating'. like he put the beat down on Cotto recently? The word "schooling" is alright but let's face facts he doesn't hit hard enough or throw enough punches to give somebody a beating.
I actually like this fight now more than 3 years ago. Floyd is more stationary. Pac is coming off a loss and should know he can't rely on a decision anymore.
If this fight would have happened 3 years ago, regardless of the winner here is the fight: Floyd moves, potshots, Pac trying to get in, doesn't know how to cut off the ring... Pac attacks, Floyd grabs, ref breaks it. Rinse and repeat 150 times, and sound bell for the end of the 12th.
Only way that is different is if Pac knocked him down, or out. Pac has a rediculous chin and I don't think Mayweather can crack it unless it'd be the perfect punch at the absolutely perfect time.
As to who'd get the decision if the fight was close back then I dunno... Now, I think they'd give it to Mayweather since they know Pac probably won't be around much longer. At least this fight now they will have to exchange since Mayweather doesn't move as much.

He lost a decision to Bradley who had two rolled up ankles. Why take another loss to Marquez or Bradley who have little drawing power when the cash out booth is so easy find. He would be an idiot not to take the fight now but he wouldn't be the first fighter who over estimated his ability to delay aging.

so why would emmanuel not fight on November 10? It's not like his last fight was some grueling punishing one.
