    Exactly.
    He is basically done.
He has gotta take the test.
    He wont win another fight.
So he fights Floyd for one last payday.
And it will be for alot less than what he turned down before.

Not going to happen. Pacquiao's fighting Marquez or Bradley.

If Arum were smart, he would push for that fight to take place as soon as possible. This is the only time where Manny may be able to even be remotely competitive against Floyd.

This fight isn't interesting anymore and to be honest it might be bordering on irrelevant. If Pacquiao can't look good against 39 year old Marquez and Tim Bradley what exactly is he gonna do with Floyd?

This should have happened 2010 at the latest. It would have been a great fight then but they've just left it far too late. Don't get me wrong I'll still watch it if it happens but it's not half of what it could have been a few years back.

Better a little late than never. They have both slowed down just a little. I think Floyd has actually slowed down even more but believe he still has the skills and ring IQ to win. Manny may not have the same work-rate as before, but he is still very fast and very powerful. They are still the best two fighters on the planet, so the fight still makes a lot of sense. Pacquiao losing to Bradley means nothing. He dominated that fight.
